For all of our events, if you cancel within 48 hours you will receive a full refund minus any fees associated with the ticket price. Any cancellations less than 48 hours in advanced will be charged the full amount.

Due to the nature of our items being customized, there are no returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us for support.
